"It’s definitely cozy and feels nice at first..."
It’s definitely cozy and feels nice at first, but after a short while the stitching started coming loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, or maybe they’re quietly cutting corners and hoping nobody notices. Either way, the quality is just okay

"I got a big rug..."
I got a big rug for way less than I was seeing at other stores, so I’m happy with it overall. It looks nice in the room and feels good under my feet, especially for the price. The only thing is the corners took a little while to lay flat, did anyone else have the same issue?

"I’m really happy with this rug..."
I’m really happy with this rug. The design is exactly what I was hoping for, and the colours look pretty much the same as they did online. I was a little worried it might show up looking different... but nope, it’s spot on!

"Soft, but I was expecting a little more"
The rug is definitely soft and feels nice under my feet, so that part is good. I guess I just expected it to be a bit thicker for the price, but it’s fine. Totally fine. It’s comfortable enough and looks okay, just not quite the amazing rug I had in my head. Not bad overall.

"Return process was more hassle than I expected"
The rug itself was fine. Just not really what I had in mind once it arrived. So I figured, okay, I’ll return it. Simple enough. Except it wasn’t really. Customer service took a while to get back to me, then I had to follow up again for the return details. Bit of back and forth. Bit awkward. just more annoying than it needed to be. Not a terrible shop or anything, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order from them again.

I ordered a rug and genuinely didn’t think it would arrive that fast. It showed up in just a couple of days, and I got handy updates the whole way through. No hassle at all, delivery was really smooth, and it was packed up nicely too. I’m very happy with how quick everything was.
